This house was surprisingly nicer than I thought it would be. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and the view outside is spectacular! The host welcome us in person and introduced the facility. It has everything we need. A morning hike with rainbow made us the day.

I would highly recommend to stay here if you are visiting Stryn. Landlord Anders was very kind and good person. He assisted well through out our stay.
View was awesome, food was real tasty. Balcony was perfect with a view of mountains.
Dont miss the pizza in Nepolina Pizzeria.
Visit in Summer, it will be a paradise.

The town was very welcoming, in every shop and restaurant we visited the people welcomed us with smiles. The best part was driving around the lakes and fjords that are adjacent to the city. We decided to take a half day and drove around Lake Lovatnet, so glad we did. The lake and shores were so beautiful, just breathtaking. It rained in the afternoon so we went to the Viking museum. It was a small museum with the main exhibit being a complete replica of a Viking ship, constructed as they were so long ago. A little high priced but nice. And a neat shop. We planned an extra day in our stop on a whim but are so glad we did.

It was historic and quaint with great character. it is an authentic hotel going back over 100 years.
what was outstanding was the food in the restaurant. risky unexpected Michelin Star quality and with booking just for that experience.
The staff were really lovely.
Stryn happened to be as mid stop in our road trip between Geiranger and Leikanger and so we stopped there for the night, actually arriving early afternoon; very spacious, comfortable, and best value-for-money apartment we stayed at in our 5-day land visit of Norway.
This hotel is a gem. It has the most beatiful view, and is located next to a waterfall.
We enjoyed the peace and the comfort of the hotel. Super nice owners 😀
