The room is a non-smoking room and actually quite spacious. Tea/coffee facilities are available in the room, the AC and Water heater work well. Staff is quite helpful. Located in the middle of the city, there is a small grocery store next door (indomaret). no breakfast service but can order food online easily. can borrow plate and spoon/fork from the hotel. Our main reason for staying in Palangkaraya was to view orangutans. The city of Palangkaraya is not over run with tourists but I am sure they get their fair share of nature seekers. We didn't stay long but stayed long enough to reach our goal.

This is a really delightful place to stay - a bit of an oasis. We were fortunate enough to have the tree house and it was fabulous with some little touches that you would expect from a quality hotel. We only stayed one night and were taken out to eat in the city but other guests said there was an acceptable eatery within walking distance. Rizal's communications were excellent
The location is near the airport and it is to reach using online taxi early morning. And also a lot of restaurant near the hotel, so easy for me to find what I like to eat in the walking distance. And the most important is the staff very helpful :)
As soon as we checked in to the hotel the staff came asking for a deposit. We have fully paid for the room yet he came asking for a deposit. it was very unprofessional
