This was actually the second time I stayed there. Because I tried to extend my stay after being there for two days, but they were fully booked. So I had to go to another hostel for one night but then I was able to get back there for two more nights, so I stayed for a total of four nights and it was truly truly wonderful experience. I would sum it up as a hotel experience on a hostel budget. I paid $12 a night for the dormitory. But you were able to use all the resources the weight room swimming pool restaurant. The cleaning staff made the vet every day and we receiving new towel every day too. Yes let me say that again a new towel every day in the dormitory.

Very luxurious and comfortable villa. With swimming pool overlooking a fantastic view. Very nice bed and a fantastic breakfast service. Staffs were also very good. Aesthetically beautiful design of the villa, with balcony and seating area outside.

The contact with local people, talking with them and trying to help them. So much better than Bali, which was like this too twenty years ago. Everything is still so cheap! Use GRAB-motor, the easy and cheapest way for transportation around Labuan Baju. Buy at local markets to help the people.

It is a quaint town, walkable and lots of cute cafes for those who love café hopping. Labuan Bajo is a get away to the famous Komodo Island and Padar Island which for me is the highlight of the trip. I wish i could visit Wae Rebo but due to time constraint, I was not able to do that.

Great starting point for the Komodo tours. The city is very relaxed, with some good options for food and bars. Not much going on, but perfect to relax. Not much traffic, very relaxed compared to Lombok or Bali.

Profit driven owner. Did not agree with her actions and she frequently glared at me when I disagreed with her actions. She should increase her prices if she is so worried about the aircon costs and moving guests around and putting men in female dorms to try save her aircon costs. Unpleasant staying in her accommodation on top of her house. I could not wait to leave. Did not trust her or her motives one bit.

This place is just mesmerizing.
This place is just mesmerizing. The perfect place to chill and enjoy the pretty views. Very good hotels around and the restaurants in the area serve the tastiest food. The locals are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend the boat trips to the islands, it’s one of a lifetime experience and perfect for diving

We stayed here three nights before and after boarding a liveaboard to dive and snorkel in Komodo NP. This hotel is located about 100 meters from the dock where all the boats and ferries depart from, so the location was perfect for us. The rooms are all spacious and quiet (if you have a harbor view). The view of the harbor is great, especially from the rooftop where you'll have your breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place, and we'll stay here again next time I'm in Labuan Bajo.
We had the most amazing stay at Menjaga Bay. The villas are gorgeous, honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The pool and restaurant area is stunning, the walkway to the bar at the end of the pier is really cool and we had a delicious cocktail whilst watching the sunset. We loved our ocean room. Would 100% recommend if travelling to Labuan Bajo and would love to return one day!
We loved the Harbour Komodo hotel, right in the heart of Labuan Bajo with its array of restaurants and eateries right on your doorstep. We loved the rooftop restaurant with harbour views, and the staff were very friendly.
I was nervous it might be noisy having read other reviews, but we didn’t find it noisy at all had have a perfectly quiet and restful stay.
Rust and his team were extremely helpful going beyond what you would normally expect .The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was ample .Transferred to and from airport and into town .This is a hotel worth considering when staying in Labuan bajo . It is outside the town but easy to get to by taxi ,bike or Rust
