Perfect location for us to stay the night before joining the coastal path walk at Langland. Hosts made us feel very welcoming, our room was beautifully presented and we had a tasty cooked breakfast to set us up for the day ahead of walking.
Would highly recommend!

Ideal location, lovely cosy property especially with wood burner in cold January. Love the mezzanine layout. It was just perfect spot for a short stay for me and my son.

The Mumbles is a lovely small town with an excellent array of shops and lovely walks. A good choice of restaurants throughout as well. We enjoyed Verdi's and Joe's Ice cream. An easy drive to the wonderful beaches on the Gower peninsula as well as close to the city of Swansea.

Mumbles is a great place to stay.
Mumbles is a great place to stay. Situated on the shores of Swansea Bay it is also the gateway to the Gower peninsula, the first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Britain, with its varied and spectacular coastline. Mumbles village has a host of restaurants and cafes (don't miss the famous Joe's ice cream or Johnny's fish and chips!), plus good clothing shops and art galleries. The short walk out to the lighthouse at low tide (check tide times before you set off) is well worth doing. Mumbles is packed with history, particularly that of The Mumbles lifeboat.

Good amenities, however beach wall was under construction so some parts were inaccessible. If you are bringing a dog be aware quite a few were not dog friendly which was a shame. Some nice independent shops.

Well equipped, location on very noisy main road, nicely decorated, no welcoming message or communication from host, who appears to have been given a mobile phone number at birth rather than a name. It is described as an apartment, but in actual fact there are a total of 5 apartments there with very thin walls. Opposite us there was a baby crying all day and well into the night, there didn’t seem to be anyone available to or interested in caring for the baby.
Could do with a good clean, stains on cupboards, mirrors, shower tray, shower cubicle etc., kitchen stool wobbly. Steep uphill concrete path to gain entrance to the property, with no lighting for night-time, which for a person with reduced mobility would be very difficult. Also at the top of this steep incline there is a pipe protruding from the wall, which caused my friend’s arm to be cut as she was unable to see it in the dark. Mattresses in both rooms sunken on one side, no thumb turn lock on exterior door, which is a health and safety breach. It is advertised with parking and there was also a map showing a nearby car park, and we enquired to clarify this in advance but our message was ignored. We had to pay £28 to park in a public car park. Logistically, it is impossible for the venue to supply their own car park, but this should be made clear in the advertising.

Mumbles is a very pretty place to visit.
Mumbles is a very pretty place to visit. You can easily walk around it and see the local shops, pier and the castle. Some hilly streets, but ok. Lots of restaurants and cafes available. The pier is lovely and just like the old fashioned piers we remember from childhood. They have a great big wheel now, so you can have wonderful views from there. Plenty of great walks to Langland and Caswell bay. Plus regular buses to all beaches.

Great place for a base to explore the Gower with regular bus services to many of the more remote trailheads and beauty spots. Swansea is also just a bus ride away (Why did they retire the tram???).
Mumbles has many varied restaurants and bars offering a variety of cuisines. Our favourites were the "Dark Horse" and the Mermaid Café.

Very clean and comfortable place. Plenty of space and nicely decorated. Great location for the Mumbles right in the centre. Close to lots of cafes, places to eat and drink. Good base for walking along the coast too. Also only a short drive to Swansea. Well equipped kitchen and also had some books and games available. Good to have a parking spot available given parking seem to be at a real premium in the mumbles.
Beautiful BnB. Lisa was a fabulous host. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Personalised breakfast was really lovely and Lisa gave us some great tips on where to eat. Really close to the shops and everything you needed was walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again next time visiting the mumbles. Thank you!
The room was clean and comfortable with modern decor and exceptional view of Swansea Bay. The bathroom for our room was separate, but it was only across the landing and was clean, well-ventilated with ample hot water for the shower (unlike many hotel and B&B showers in my experience!). We'd stay there again without hesitation.
The location was brilliant with a short walk into the town centre of the Mumbles or to one of the nearby beaches.
A very nice touch was the welcome basket when we arrived - much appreciated.
