Location and the feeling of space within a very busy hotel. The bar and food services were varied and tasty. The car was parked easily and access to surrounding areas of interest (beach was a hike) by foot was great.

Excellent location - around 10 mins from Sheringham high street. Good amount of parking and easy check in. Room spacious, with tea and coffee facilities. Full length mirror and hair dryer in drawer. Bathroom had a shower over bath which was a good size. Very warm and comfortable bed which was a good size. Able to add breakfast on the next morning. Good price considering we booked a week or two before our stay.

Really lovely B&B. Great attention to detail. There was a great choice for breakfast and it was delicious! Perfect location for Sherringham station which was ideal for us. We were made to feel very welcome. Would recommend
It’s very centrally located. Holt, Weybourne and Sheringham are all lovely and very easy to get to. Holt garden centre is wonderful- great breakfast and so much to look at. I could’ve stayed there for hours. We ate lunch at The Ship in Weybourne-yummy! The beach there is VERY pebbly-in fact it’s more like stones so not at all easy to walk on but still beautiful. Sheringham beach is much nicer-it’s sand. Go to Aloha for the best ice cream! The Maltings did a wonderful breakfast as well.

A small place: fairly near to Sheringham and N Norfolk railway.
Close enough to the sea - but you need your car to get to any.
Lots of small somewhat dangerous roads - allow plenty of time for travelling.

Kelling was the village along the road from the hotel, there was no footpath along the main road so it was not accessible on foot.
We would have liked to catch the bus along the coastal road but could not get to the bus stop on foot.
But there was a nice walk from the hotel to the sea. Holt, the nearest little town was beautiful, so many Georgian buildings

Very close to coast for visit to seaside towns and Holt old market town for independent shops , pubs and eateries. Stones throw from Muckleborough Military Museum. Access to country walks. Norfolk Ornithologist Site very close by. Bird and seal watching. Holt country park nearby. Local National Trust houses and gardens nearby ; Felbrigg and Blickling Halls. Only slightly further afield are Holkham Hall and Sandringham House. One hour drive into old city of Norwich. We ate breakfasts in hotel and evening meal, good quality food and portions. One night we went into neighbouring Cley village pub, 3 Swallows for evening meal. Coast Hopper hourly bus service runs past hotel drive enabling visits to all local coastal districts and some inland villages, think £2 unlimited daily travel.

A beautiful Shepherds Hut in the village of High Kelling. Perfect location for exploring the local area. The location was easy to find, excellent communication from the host before stay and keys were easy to find on arrival. A surprise was breakfast was provided for the first day and the brownie was delicious. The hut was warm and cosy with an fire and heating, excellent wifi. The hot tub was perfect to relax after walks on the beach and to start and end the day - I would stay again.
The hotel was lovely and bright, the breakfast was really nice and the cooked was good had no grease on yr plate and plenty of it, the bar area was well stocked and had all different kinds of gin which was good. I liked how there was wellington boots in the porch in case you wanted to go for a walk. I really enjoyed watching TV in the bath as the TV was in front of the bath ( first for me ) .
