I felt that the staff acted like a family with a clear vision of looking after the guests in a seamless way. I had an issue with an earlier stay here, but this was resolved on my second visit. All credit to the culture here. The rooms are good and like the generous provision of power points which includes USB charging and even 2-pin Euro sockets. Fantastic breakfast, good location for South Terminal, but a shuttle bus from.the North Terminal also calls here

Everything but the breakfast.
I would have given 10/10 but the scam breakfast😊 reduced the rating to 7/10.
They have a shuttle to gatwick airport for less than Uber or the taxi.
I will recommend this accommodation but they should improve their breakfast menu.

The hotel was modern, clean and very comfortable, and ideally situated for Gatwick Airport.
The nearby town centre had plenty of bar and restaurant options and the hotel reception staff were very happy to help with suggestions and distances.
We were only there for an early Gatwick flight but would have been very happy to have stayed for longer

The entrance is within the terminal at the lower level, it took me a while to find it as some of the signs were not clear. The hotel is minimalist, but the rooms are comfortable, clean and all you need for a bed for the night before flying early the next morning. A croissant/muffin and coffee at 5am is a good start to the day.
I will stay again as living over two hours from Gatwick it is much better than getting up at 3am.

Horley is nothing special, I asked a local of anything interesting to see, while I had some time to kill, she suggested the Library,
Nothing much from outside and it did required a library card to open the door.

Horley has a small town centre with pubs, restaurants, shops and a big Waitrose! I've been to the pubs for meals in the past but not on this occasion. The town is unobjectionable; nothing special but nothing to complain about. You have to walk along Massetts Road to get there and the lighting at night is a bit on the low side; There was very little traffic and few people but it felt safe.

I was there for an international lay over. Completely recommend going to The Tavern pub. I went to Wetherspoons first and whilst it was cheaper, the atmosphere in The Tavern was hilarious. I am still laughing about it now a day later.

This hotel is located in the Southern terminal of Gatwick, just beside the security/departures area. There was no coffee/tea in the room, but there was a drinks machine for guests on the same floor. You can check-in and use room facilities using their app, so you don't have to queue at reception at beginning or end of your stay. Very handy hotel for early flights.
Very convenient for North Terminal. This is better than the rest of the Gatwick hotels, possibly the best of them. Rooms are large, comfortable and fine. Prepaid, so no check-out. Public areas are spacious and clean.
