Staff were amazing and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, food was fresh, prepared perfectly and delicious. Service was quick and courteous. The rooms was good but there was no mirror besides the full length inside the armoire making it difficult to get ready. Also the lighting in the room was very poor, it was a bit dark and dreary in the afternoon and evenings. The grounds were immaculate and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our activities.

Lovely warm welcome and effort to make sure we felt welcome. Excellent staff, lovely room and public area. When I ordered scones they were freshly made. We stayed here to then have dinner at Gleneagles. A very high standard of service.

Very Peaceful and beautiful location. placed in a picturesque village surrounded by outstanding natural beauty. This charming property displayed a wonderfully balanced contrast between preserved old original fixtures and a modern look.
The host was very friendly, making us feel very welcome and safe. The room was beyond comfortable and very spacious.
We were extremely impressed with the high standard of decoration inside and out. The whole place was spotlessly clean.
The breakfast was delicious, it was all ready for us within the scheduled time and included a variety of options and high quality food. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful place to stay, friendly staff. Great location. Very Clean and tidy.
Unfortunately they could only offer us a mystery dinner night, so we had to eat else where. I would highly recommend the Dormy Restaurant on the Glen Eagles Estate.
A very small point, he sink in my room was to small it has no shelf to set toiletries and the waterfall tap although looks pleasing , shoots water over the floor and the person in front of it. A tap pointing down would cure this.

Nice small town with plenty of shops and places to eat and drink for the time we stayed, 3 nights. Taxi into town was £8 and was very prompt. Locals were very friendly and seemed pleased to talk to us and notice our motorcycles, which seemed to draw them towards us in a nice way.

If you don’t want to drive there is a bus service with stops close to the holiday home. Some lovely shops and eateries in Auchterarder. Easy to get to the nearby little village of Dunning, Perth, Falkirk, Stirling etc if you can drag yourselves away from the Gleneagles estate. Lots to do there - including the golf of course - or just sit back, relax and enjoy a good book in the natural surroundings. The holiday home has excellent facilities for self catering or alternatively the Gleneagles Hotel offers excellent dining facilities and is only about 500 yards away from your base.
Would highly recommend.

The Jubilee walk in and around the Town plus beautiful parks, very easy to gain access to all shops and restraunts.
All the eating facilities looked excellent but we did not frequent them, as the facilities in kitchen were excellent at Craig Rossie Cottage, so we did not need to eat out.
There was nothing that we didn't like or needed to avoid
The apartment was so much nicer than expected and so much closer to the facilities than we thought (very short walk to hotel). The flat overlooks the falconry so we watch the gorgeous birds every morning. Every detail of the flat was thought through. We genuinely could not have asked for more!
Room was excellent.
Dinner in the Birnam was lovely, great choice on the menu and quality to match, along with service made both nights memorable which is what you expect from a hotel of this standing.
A very warm, comfortable, clean and stylish hotel with friendly helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast were super as was the garden room they were served in.
