We stayed for a short night at this hotel and were very pleased with our experience.
It seems the hotel has recently renovated its rooms, as ours felt fresh, modern, and even had a new smell. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and beautifully designed, and the room included a cozy living area with a couch and coffee table.
Breakfast was included in our stay, but unfortunately, we didn’t have time to try it.
The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, right in front of the Täsch train station that connects to Zermatt. While the hotel appears to have its own parking, we weren’t sure how to access it due to our late arrival. Thankfully, we had already reserved a spot at the Matterhorn Terminal Täsch, which is also adjacent to the hotel.
We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a more affordable option near Zermatt. It’s an excellent place to stay with great amenities and a convenient location.

The hosts were lovely.
If walking to Tasch to catch the train to Zermatt with your own skis and boots it is quite a way especially when coming home after skiing at night.

It was very nice, but we didn't spend much time there. Our main goal was to get to Zermatt and see the Matterhorn which was fogged in 30 years ago when we last visited. The train station was very nice and clean. It was easy to purchase the tickets on the machines provided.

Tasch is the car parking and coach drop point for Zermatt, has a couple of nice restaurants slightly cheaper than Zermatt.
Has a train station coffee and convenience store.. As well as a couple of small supermarkets, though Zermatt's Co-op is better.
Good place to stay at the camp-site or a short stay into Zermatt,

I have looked at some of the other reviews and they all said that it was good, especially as the parking was included. I will say that this was not the case for us. When we arrived, we parked our car in a slot outside, there was a man there who told us that the parking would be 8 FSF per night. Then we tried to go into the building, the 1st difficult for me, was there were 5/6 stairs to get to the level where the entrance to the hotel was, then no one at receptionist, we were on the time that we stated that we would arrive., only then to find we had to go somewhere else for the keys. Unacceptable,
When we finally got in, the room was big, clean and a good balcony , this part was fine.

Tasch is a small village near Zermatt that is such a great place to stay. An accessible place with everything you need without having to stay in the thick of things (like Zermatt). Very peaceful.
1. Easily accessible by train with them coming and going every 20mins all day. There is a machine or you can go to the window and get human assistance buying tickets.
2. 2 very decent grocery stores as well as a few restaurants.
3. People are friendly and helpful
4. Small village so everything is within a 5-10min walk.
5. View and weather are lovely.
6. Sidewalk/trail runs parallel to the stream and you can walk to the next town easily.

Easy access to trains to visit Zermatt.
Easy access to trains to visit Zermatt. Zermatt is just one stop away from Tasch and we can grab our tickets at Tasch station.
Zermatt is a place where there are wide variety of restaurants with warm people.
Tasch is a beautiful place in itself and there are lots of walking trails which we can experience along the river streams and mountain views.

The location is very good for visiting Zermatt by train. If the travelers prefer to stay in Täsch rather than Zermatt, the location of Mountime is perfect, but you will hear the noise of train every 20 minutes.
The hotel has a parking which is acceptable. The hotel is designed for hiking and Ski so do not expect lots of facilities.
We stayed one night to visit the fantastic area of Zermatt and Matterhorn, a place that shall be seen by everyone.
Great location if you are driving to the area, just a short walk from Täsch Bahnhof which is one stop from Zermatt.
The apartment is clean, modern and has stunning views of the alps, which can be enjoyed from the balcony. The balcony also has a small table and some chairs.
Overall, the apartment is very well equipped and is comfortable for short and long stays.
Last hotel before Zermatt, whereto you can not drive. You can take the train from nearby station or walk to Zermatt. But train tickets expensive like so much else in Schwitzerland. Excellent place for hiking and very nice nature
