The staff is forthcoming and extremely friendly. This is a huge plus and definitely worth mentioning. If Jackobshorn is your resort of choice, then the accommodation is comfortably situated. If you buy the ticket at the front desk, it's slightly cheaper. If you're lucky enough to park the car in the Coop shopping mall next door, the parking situation is good. I was there when the Spengler Cup was taking place. The city was extremely crowded. I was there skiing for two days, and they were friendly enough to let me stay in the parking house even though I already checked out. Breakfast was also worth mentioning. Considering the price and the high demand, the breakfast exceeded my expectations. There was free wifi which worked perfectly.
