Mr. Andreas was SO helpful and VERY accommodating! The parking was a little narrow, but I was still able to maneuver my RAM 1500 truck just fine, even with a little snow and ice. He allowed us to put our extra stuff in a storage room near the ground floor entrance, and that helped so much with snowboards/skis, etc. There was plenty of room for my wife, dog and two kids. We were so grateful for the board games, and welcoming amenities - it really felt like home! We had a great snow sports weekend with Andermatt less than a 10 min drive away! The ability to cook and have meals made not eating out for every meal a possibility, and there's a bakery and COOP grocery store within walking distance! The views were incredible, and everything included helped us out on our travels so much. Will be back for sure!

Cute little town with a detailed history. Get a copy of the walking tour and/or check out the museum at the train station for more information about the tunnels and bridges. Göschenen is a great place to stay if skiing in Andermatt and you want to be away from the crowds. It’s a quick drive or train ride away.

The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. They pointed us in the direction of a beautiful walk at Goscheneralp which was the highlight of our trip over Gotthardpass. We enjoyed our brief overnight stay and would hope to return to this quiet village off the main tourist route. The hotel is simple but spotlessly clean and provided all we needed.
The staff was very nice. The restaurant at the hotel is good - we had breakfast and dinner there and were pleasantly surprised.
We went skiing to Andermatt, and the train connection was fairly convenient - the hotel is just several minutes walk from the station, and there are several trains per hour that go to Andermatt.
beautiful location just 15 minutes from the highway leading to the gotthard tunnel. it’s a simple mountain hotel with small rooms without private bathroom, but everything was functional and clean. the restaurant has very good food, maybe a bit pricy but hey it’s Switzerland. super nice staff!
Stunning house in Goschenen a few minutes walk from the station, very handy for trains up to Andermatt. Modern, cosy, well equipped and comfortable. Has an honesty box stock of food/drinks.
Aberto, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks to the quality products you find in the kitchen for breakfast, you won't miss a hotel buffet breakfast at all.
