Facilities were great, amazing infrastructure. Jacuzzi could be a biiit warmer but overall sauna, pool and jacuzzi were amazing! Room has a lot of space which I really appreciated. Breakfast was also impeccable, I miss it already!

Crans-Montana is summer-winter resort. We went for skiing. The views are amazing, the resort has skiing options for all the family but is not very big. Restaurants very cozy but expensive (well, it's Switzerland...). The town is very walkable, you can walk from crans to Montana or hike around the town.

I can not tell much for now as I was there pnly for a couple of days but the ressort is quite nice and big with is rare for the mountines and has a lot of activities. I can to come in winter and see. It has two golf courses and sunna vaille, lakes.

On the negative side we had to ask for the glasses (for our water) many times, the waiter was no so observant'
I was not easy to get coffee to our breakfast. Again we had to ask to get attention.

Wonderful time, The owner was waiting for us in front of the house. Very comfortable apartment, nice, clean. I never saw before so many food articles in refrigerator, specially for us. There are everything necessary for our 1 week stay in Crans Montana. Equipments and facilities were clean and there are lots of space for relaxing in the accommodation. Response from hosts were timely and deposits were returned quickly. We'd like to return here someday and introduce to our friends.
I chose this hotel for the spa, and I was not disappointed. I enjoyed my massage and steam room. There's also a sauna and pool. The hotel is easily accessible from downtown and close to everything.
Breakfast. Good location, close to restaurants and ski-lifts, shops. I booked the massage - it was very good. The service in the hotel and restaurant Twin Peaks was very friendly.
