Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast and dinner options (although dinner is pricey, but this is expected, and overall reasonable). Dinner is a very "classic" Swiss experience with multi-course meals etc - a joy on its own. Great amenities and "family feeling" of the hotel. Convenient location for skiing. Very nice sauna - small but convenient.
Again, great staff.

Beautiful ski resort, loved the free bus which went every 20 mins and took you to the top of the sledding slope and also the beginners ski slope so you didnt need lift / gondola passes for those. We didnt ski so cant comment on that but had great fun sledding and feeding squirrels on on the beautiful squirrel walk.

Very pleasant location, great scenery.
Very pleasant location, great scenery. Arosa card is amazing to go up on the cable cart for no extra cost. Very easy area to get around. Clearly more popular in winter yet perfect for a summer holiday as well. Be prepared for the winding road up the hill if travelling by car. Yet very easy destination to get to by train. We will return next time in winter by train.

We came to Arosa for a summer walking holiday.
We came to Arosa for a summer walking holiday. There are numerous trails all marked out. There is a free bus service if you don't want to walk around the village. We have also visited for downhill skiing. The relatively link with Lenzerheide has greatly increased the appeal of skiing in Arosa.

Great location with fantastic view from South facing rooms. Quiet and spacious single room. Freshly cooked hot bacon and eggs at breafast a real treat after 2 weeks of the usual cold congealed stuff you usually get at other hotels, if at all. Dinner in the evening was basic but very good. Excellent host Kayla who spoke perfect english (put my poor french very much to shame) very helpful. The hotel is looking a bit tired in places but everything was fit and functional. I will stay there again, good value.
Location, location, location - it can‘t get more convenient for skiers. The parking garage is very comfortable, and for anyone arriving by train, you literally stumble into the hotel when leaving the train station. The hotel is new which translates into modern and clean (not necessarily cosy).
The people make the positive difference which you can see and feel starting from the beginning. It was a great weekend. The facilities in hotel are great especially for familkidswith kids.
