The old town and Arbon's waterfront are picturesque and lovely to walk about. The main road inland away from the old town was not pleasant for pedestrians as far too many vehicles use it and town is not pretty in this direction with car-oriented commercial establishments prevalent.
Fantastic, beautiful place, pleasant hotel, homely atmosphere, good breakfast, parking and finally, the manager and the whole team led by Željko were extremely friendly, helpful, they welcome you as a friend and not just as a guest... Thank you for a few wonderful days. Congratulations
As always the staff makes you feel warmly welcomed. I am always staying at this marvellous hotel if I have the chance, thanks to the wonderful staff and the excellent standard of the hotel facilities. It is always clean, comfortable and, exactly as the name suggests, very charming.
Modern hotel, lots of space. Clean, spacious rooms, and an easy checking. Decor was amazing. We stayed on a family room that fitted well 4 and could fit more. The kids loved the mezzanine, where 1 of the beds was!
Good sound insulation, especially in the morning, no noise is heard, which is common in other hotels.
Excellent parking in the garage with direct access to the rooms.
