My husband and I went there for a concert at the Araneta Coliseum. The location is prime, just a few steps away from Araneta City, so there are many shops to dine at. Since this Red Planet branch is next to the highway, it was kind of noisy and jam-packed throughout the day, and you could hear jeepneys sometimes, even inside the room. I have nothing against the hotel, though.
This Red Planet branch had one of the cleanest rooms ever, too. The sheets and toilet were clean, and the space was a bit larger than other RP branches. Overall, you get a bang for your buck.

With a rich mix of influences from Indian, Chinese, Spanish and American cultures, Manila is the vibrant capital of the Philippines and its cultural and economic center. Thanks to the trade with Latin America during the three centuries of Spanish colonization, Manila became an important city, known as the "Pearl of the Orient."
Don’t miss a visit to the Spanish remains in the Intramuros district. Important landmarks in the area are the Malacañan Palace, the City Hall, and the Manila Cathedral.
Rizal Park is a national icon, while the Baywalk promenade is great for enjoying the well-known city sunsets. Ermita and Malate districts are famous for the nightlife, trendy shopping and restaurants, as well as for some luxury Manila hotels. Between the promenade and the districts, its easy to see why Filipinos call Manila “The City of Our Affections,” where the people's love affairs with fashion, music, entertainment and sheer fun are on bright and beautiful display.
Divisoria is a traditional district for local shopping, bargains and typical food. Binondo is the oldest Chinatown in the world.
For hotels in Manila near the airport, Ninoy Aquino International Airport is not far from Makati City.

Manila is actually a big city which is the commercial center of the Philippines. There are many cultural and historical places that can be visited. There are plenty of restaurants to choose whether local or international cuisine. There are also amusement parks where children can enjoy. You can ride a car, bus, train within the city should you wish to visit these places.
I am inviting you to come and visit Manila and discover more of its beauty and richness in culture and most of all the warmth and friendliness of the Filipinos.

We only stayed overnight on this trip.
We only stayed overnight on this trip. We found street food vendors alongside our hotel who had everything we needed. It's a friendly and vibrant city. Our pre-booked driver met us at the airport on arrival as planned. We paid extra for this because getting a taxi or any transport at the airport can be difficult. Our driver seemed a bit lost at one time trying to avoid traffic. We laughed with him about it.

Transportation is a bit of a problem, especially if you are used to trains and subways. You are better off booking rides with apps like Grab or Move It (motorbike)
People are friendly. Lots of night life, but stay safe as much as possible.
Lots of family friendly places.
Lots of shopping at very good prices
Food is the best

As we like to witness the many walks of life of the people in Manila, so, we choose Manila Prince Hotel the perfect location for us to visit nearly all the attractive sites by self-walking. We visited many attractives sites in Manila by walking & using Google Map. The Google Map signal was quite strong & we had no problem at all in following the Google map to reach the tourist sites like Intramuros Manila Cathedral, Quiapo Church, St Sebastian Church, Binondo Church, Binondo China tiwn, Santa Cruz Church..SM Mall, Fort Santiago, Disoria public market, free of charge entrance to3 museums, National Museum of Natural History National Musrum of Anthropology, National Museum of Fine Arts, Jose Rizal Park, Manila Baywalk Dolomite Beach, we even managed to visit Manila Mettopolitan Trial Court. We were honoured to be allowed to & led by a Manila High Court Librarian to visit the Appeal Court Memorandum Library ( what a honour!).....

The location was fine because its connected to the mall, the staffs was so attractive. Specially Eric who reserved me Taho and ice English breakfast Tea every morning. The food was nice but I only enjoyed the garlic rice and the maindish . The problem is the refilling of the food was very late , they dont think that there are still guests will eat at 8:30 am .
The room was clean and I stayed in high level,But the MUSTY smell was every everywhere, the lobby smells very nice , but when take the lift , the musty smells started, I read some reviews but I didn’t read anything about the musty smells so I presumed that the musty smells is not present.
They transferred me in premium room at first it smells nice sweet smell but as i stayed in the room for haft day , the musty smells is there , so i decided to buy my own electric deodorizer.
I stayed there for 8 days but my whole vacation was ruined by Musty smells .
The building was so old they need to renovate . Change the carpet.
I will not recommend the hotel .
Belmont hotel is close to the airport. You just have to go to the runway manila bridge to reach it so easy. The staff are really lovely. We were able to check in early which was really good because I was traveling with a 4 year old. Rooms are clean and the price is very reasonable. We check out really early the next day around 2m due to an early flight. They were able to organise breakfast for take away. I really appreciate that.
I was so impressed with all areas of your beautiful hotel but for me what made it exceptional was the customer service; people make places and all your staff from the room service to the concierge were outstanding. Thank you, I will go back to The Peninsula when I'm next in Manila - you have a new loyal customer.
Enjoyed my stay overall. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. Loved the fresh bread and butters. Onsen Spa access is a bonus that I was not able to find in other Manila Hotels in previous places. Was not able to check out their rooftop bar but heard good things. Will be back!
The hotel was clean and close to many restaurants in Makati region. The staff were very helpful and worked to help with all our requests. Good value for money for a quick stay in Manila.
It was close to the airport which was convenient for us. The room and hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again for passing through Manila.
