This was our first stay at a Apa Hotel chain. The room is a typical Japanese city hotel that is small compared to US rooms. They had a robe that you could wear in the room. The breakfast buffet spread was quite nice with a variety of items to choose from.

The staff were so nice and full of hospitality. They remembered me and helped without asking. I got a smoking room with my booking error. I asked for a non-smoking room but they were full on the first day. After going back from my room to the lobby, the staff offered me a non-smoking room available on the second day. I just packed my luggage and left at the front desk. The hotel staff helped me move to the new room before I went back to the hotel.
2 pieces of croissants everyday.

Amenities are great. Quiet area but not far from the station. Was given a welcome gift on checking in.

Well preserved traditional hot-spring hotel. The breakfast is individually served, 6 star with a server standby. Good service. Beautiful garden around the hotel.
