I had to book this hotel at 11.45 and checkin at 12. I booked this hotel in emergency because of original hotel booking screwed up. But when I arrived at hotel LATE at 12 midnight with no food along with my family, they cooked dinner for us although all outlets and restaurants close at 10 pm. They opened the restaurant at midnight and cooked food for my family. What you find best at this place is LANA.
LANA is the best hostess, very welcoming, proactive and will take care of all need of your family. I'm very thankful to Lana for taking care of my family and feeding us at the times when we cannot find anything at midnight.
Talking about property, very clean, hygienic, and all things properly functional. At its best.
Having said that, place is about people and these are the best people you will find in Georgia.

The cabin was nice and clean, and the owner was friendly.
The cabin was nice and clean, and the owner was friendly. It was located in the backyard of their house but still comfortable. There were no windows or anything towards the cabin itself. It's close to the riverside, and you could easily walk there. The rest looked the same as the pictures. There were also some snacks in the mini-fridge, but I believe you have to pay some extra charge for them (we didn't use them, so I'm not sure).
upstairs was very hot (we went there in July) but while you were downstairs you could easily use AC. Also, I expected some slippers but I couldn't find any.

All in all a lovely place. Very peaceful. Not at all chaotic. Very friendly. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, wineries, river tours. Very nice wine ice cream. A great place for a stop over. Lovely homemade jewellery design shops.

Mtskheta can be seen in a day.
Mtskheta can be seen in a day. I stayed for a week due to personal reasons. It's a nice quiet place, with little distraction so I was able to focus on my work. Lovely little town, exceptionally touristy. Very little to do especially in Winter. Truly beautiful, can walk down to the river or around the church, the mountains in the distance are lovely. Hiking trails and nature nearby. Pedestrian-friendly.

My visit was at the end of november, so there were warm and comforotable rooms and also fantastic breakfast which was the best part of the day, especially on this shocked place where this hotel is located.
In the middle of Mtskheta, right beside the church. Accomodation is bright and big, it has all amenities, even washing machine. Hosts are super kind and they will open the entrance on their street if you are with your own transportation. Parking is beside accomodation. There are shops, markets, restaurants and cafes very close, walking distance.
A small apartment Hotel in Mtskheta just north of Tbilisi. The Town was pretty quiet, and MUCH cheaper than Tbilisi. There are plenty of things to see in the area.
Apart from that, there was a kitchenette in our room, it was clean and comfortable, and the price was excellent.
There were also shops within a few meters walk of the room.
The location was great. We wanted the. Last 2 days of our Georgian holiday to be relaxed. We chose this hotel because of the pool.
We should have realised when we were the only guests that something was wrong with the place.
Nice and comfortable hotel on the way from Tbilisi to the mountains. The room was in good condition, quite new, comfortable bed. Despite there was a "highway view," we didn't hear any noise.
