Location is very good, view is ok ( either street or mountain), breakfast is very good ( variety and taste) but it’s ending by 10 ( so early). Big free parking in-front of the hotel with sitting area.
The both girls on reception are superb; Natta and Teona ( hope said the spilling correctly) they are very friendly, helpful.

Fantastic long, wide runs and, mostly, quality modern lifts. There was lots of snow for late season skiing and plenty of off-piste opportunities. Food and drinks are are reasonably priced and good quality. Local people seem friendly and there is an interesting mix of nationalities on the slopes.

This was our second year of skiing in Gudauri.
This was our second year of skiing in Gudauri. It is one of the best ski resorts in the Caucasus. Since there are ski lifts on different levels and sides of the mountain it is possible to enjoy skiing in various weather conditions.

NEW Gudauri is the place to be for ski and snowboard adventure. You cannot get any closer then this. Rate of pass and rent versus what you get is more than okay. The pistes are very nice and talented or not talented; you will find your match. There is also possibility to parachute gliding or snowscooter rental. Many bars and restaurants with affordable pricing.

It is a great place for ski/snowboard lovers!
It is a great place for ski/snowboard lovers! the slopes are great, all very well connected to each other with different ski lifts. The slopes are south looking mostly and you have the sun all the time. There are wonderful places to eat and enjoy the lounge situations in the snow on the amazing 2500m altitude slopes.
Slopes reach about 3000 meters, so snow is good.
Flat was located 8min walk up to nearest ski lift and was super quite during night time, no PUBS or Restaurants in the Building. Everything was in the flat even Washing-machine
However if I have to compere Gudauri to Austria, France, Italy ski resorts I will give max 4 out of 10.
Flights are expensive and if you are traveling 3-4 persons then cheaper and MUCH better experience you will find in Alps. BUT Free ride is only thing what i did like in Gudauri ski resort
This flat is good max for 2 persons.
This is probably the best place you can get for the price! The apartment is great! Larger than most we saw being offered in New Gudauri, and with a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is perfectly clean and neat, it's a well kept privately owned apartment. covered parking.
The location is amazing, right by the gondola lift Gudaura and with supermarket ski rental and everything right below.
The hosts are welcoming and honest people.
If you don't like party places (like New Gudauri with lots of hotels) but still wanna live near the lifts -- this hotel is perfect for you.
We lived in a cozy studio with all facilities (it even has a Moka pot for the coffee)
All rooms have their own balcony with a mountain view.
There are lockers for your ski equipment in the special room
To sum up: I think next time I stay there again!
Great location. New Gudauri feels much more like a ski resort than the slope near Marco Polo or Gudauri Loft (the other one) does. Would happily stay at New Gudauri again.
