Alan was amazing with his hospitality!!! I felt like a VIP. The hotel upgraded my room. I thought that was very exciting. He walked us to the suite and showed us how everything works. He also made arrangements for us to get to the airport.
He was dressed impeccably, and all the staff friendly and highly professionally. It's not what i expect from a 3rd world country. Definitely worth the few extra dollars. Paid $110 a night.

Very peaceful. Staff were wonderful and very flexible. We arrived by bus from Lusaka at about 10pm. I had prearranged dinner and when we arrived, a table was set for us and we were served some delicious hot food.
The lodge arranged a tour of the national park and a sunset cruise on the Zambezi.
They have fast wifi and solar backup for when the electricity goes out.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The location was great for Victoria Falls visits. It was super close to Shoprite. And when we got there the desk clerk helped me order food because my phone wouldn't connect to wifi. The night clerk was very friendly
