Such a pretty place to wander around, the city has a lot of character. There isn't much to do in the way of tourist attractions or sightseeing but it's lovely to go walking up to the castle and around the park taking in the surrounding views of the area and through the cobbled streets into the city. The nearby shopping centre with its big Auchan supermarket on the ground floor is nice for abit of retail therapy!

Guarda has nothing of interest.
Guarda has nothing of interest. The catedral is dark and has nothing important. The barbacan cannor be visited.
There is no shows. A few restaurantes.
In summer....it is an open. In summer...a freeze
Very pleasant converted, old granit farmhouse and courtyard. Exceedingly well done and very comfortable, clean and cared for. We were very well looked after by exceptionally pleasant people. The room and bathroom were very large and everything very nicely done. Breakfast contained a wide variety of dishes which were replenished when emptied.
It is also well positioned if you wanted to explore Guarda, a much underrated, very old city.
Location, location, location. Great restaurants just around the corner, easy access the historic district. Well sound proofed. Very clean. Daniel, the owner, is an excellent ambassador to the city of Guarda.
Superb on every level. A great place to stop and has secure undergr ound parking for motorcycles. Ask for a room out the back of the hotel great views from the balcony window.
