Housekeeping was wonderful and hotel was walkable to everything. Bonus of vending machines on site. 2nd time staying there and room with balcony was nice. Next time I'm requesting ground floor overlooking pool.

The room was spacious and the view is spectacular. The staff was very friendly. There are plenty of free street parking available, although the hotel's own parking lots are always full.

Estoril is a bit of a worn, unexciting beach destination.
Estoril is a bit of a worn, unexciting beach destination. It has only a few decent restaurants and the Hotel Palacio is probably the only thing really worth visiting. On the positive side, it has a nice beach, and the atmosphere is quite relaxed, but I would always prefer nearby Cascais over Estoril.

We loved it where we stayed but didn't explore Estoril itself very much since we rather wanted to enjoy the beach and the beach bar on our short stay, but we often walked to Cascais along the beach which is a great walk.

The appartment was very fine and Miguel is the perfect host, but Estoril is a hole! The most uncharming place I have ever stayed. There is nothing not even a supermarket or a restaurant! We arrived on Thursday and left on Sunday even though we have booked the whole week! There was 2 restaurants below the appartment, but I never saw more than 4 people.
Both on Thursday and Friday there was some sort of competition of who had the biggest motorcycle and we were unable to sleep. The beach was 2 minuts apart, but really boring. I was promised a sea front view - not excisting! Whitin 25 minuts you can walk to Cascais which is a terrible turist trap and a really boring walk.

Estoril is a crown jewel in the Portugese Rivera. I lived there for years and love Estoril and Cascais although the latter is beginning to look like Blackpool
Excellent restaurants, casino green space golf courses all serve to make it a great place to live and holiday

Loved the area, was close to go to Sintra for a day of exploring. That was a magical place. Loved the shopping, the beach, the food. Gorgeous view of the beach. It was warm and lovely in April. We used taxi to get around and it was very reasonable rates.

Very good location. Located only 200m away from the beach and the seaside promenade that goes all the way to Caiscais.
Very convenient to visit Estoril and Cascais by foot. The wifi is reliable.
Train station is only 3-4 hundred meters away.
They clean up the rooms up every day.
Very good value for money. Breakfast is more than adequate. Secure parking. Sea views with close proximity to sea.. Friendliness of "staff". 5 minute walk to train for short and cheap journeys to both Lisbon and Cascais. Train every 20 minutes.
