A nice hotel situated in the picturesque village of Volendam. The reception closes at 17:00. We arrived after that hour and the staff patiently waited to give us the keys. The room smelled like it was newly built, it was large, it had many windows with nice view. Every day they prepared our room and changed towels. The amenities were ok. It was quite.
The hotel is near the seafront side of the village with many options to eat and drink. All that 30 - 40 minutes away from Amsterdam with frequent public transportation with very polite drivers. And from the other side 10 minutes away from the picturesque Edam village.

The location of the property was excellent, you are right by the beach front and the town. The B&B was very clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was amazing on a cold night. The host was very nice. Great stay.

the location was perfect in very quite, beutiful and elegant popular neighborhood at the same time very close to the tourist street and the ferries area.
I liked the details inside the cottage, it is very comfortable and has an authentic Dutch character in every corner. Wi-Fi is available in the cottage and upon entering there are instructions for all the details.
Self-check-in via a code to collect the key. Just for your information, the bathroom is on the ground floor and in the second floor only there are beds (1 quien bed and 2 single beds) ,
also knowing that there is a sofa on the ground floor that can be slept on in case it is difficult for the elderly to climb upstairs.

Location, the room overall, the breakfast, and the staff. A great environment. Staff at breakfast were super friendly and you could tell they enjoyed their guests.
Picturesque small town with nice houses. The seafront offers many options to eat and drink. We stayed there for Sunday and there were may visitors strolling up and down the sea front which was very nice.

Volendam is a very quaint and cute town!
Volendam is a very quaint and cute town! We only stayed for a couple days and it was enough time to walk around the waterfront, shops and eat at a few restaurants. I would highly recommend staying in Volendam.

The hotel rooms were nice and comfortable.
The hotel rooms were nice and comfortable. There was balcony space but not clean so couldn’t sit out but could be the case because they were renovating.
We booked with breakfast and were disappointed because there were no vegetarian options for the hot breakfast. The selection of bread was good but the cereals and fruit were limited.
We were pleased with the rest of the hotel facilities - swimming pool was good

Very charming little town on see side, 20 km from Amsterdam with very good bus (316) connection, with a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops, around of little port. Worth to visit Cheese factory and Museum, for a perfect experience. I will like to visit again in summer time!

Volendam is well worth a 2 night stay, to allow for a trip...
Volendam is well worth a 2 night stay, to allow for a trip to Marken Island, variety of sea view restaurants, walks, cycling or just to sit and have a coffee and watch the fishing boats and the world go by. Day trip is not enough. Would return again for a short break.

Absolutely brilliant. Kevin was always on hand to help us out with great communication up to and during our stay. The accommodation itself was super clean, spacious, and comfortable for a family of 5 we found it perfect. The location is amazing. Bus stop 2 mins away and 20 mins you're in Amsterdam. Also locally there are bars,shops, and restaurants within 5 mins walk and a supermarket just down the road you have everything on your doorstep. Picture perfect apartment that won't disappoint 👌
We liked the location. The hotel was very close to the main sea side street with all the shops, boats etc. We appreciated the room. It was nicely furnished, clean, nicely equiped with coffee machine, coffe capsules, tea bags etc. Beautiful bathroom as well. We also liked the fact that you can self check by adding the code given to the door locker as well as the door to the room.
Super cute fisherman’s cottage in the centre of the port area of Volendam. Full kitchen and accessories. Volendam is a beautiful port town. Met the cleaner of the property when we were checking in and had a lovely chat
