Good size apartment with separate bedroom and bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Nicely located at the outskirts of town with a view of the valley and surrounding mountains. Very friendly owners, always available for any question you may have. Supermarket is at walking distance.
We loved this beautiful place. We hiked a lot, went for summer rodeln in Lienz, went for breakfast to Cafe Central and spend a lot of time at the amazing pool. On the day we left it was raining heavily which meant rafting fun.
When you’re up for an hour drive, it is an amazing route to the beautiful Wörthersee. All in all, a beautiful place.

The house is well equipped for 6 people, it's comfortable and cozy, it was the perfect accommodation to spend a week with friends. It's next to the ski pists in Kötschach, and in about ten minutes you can get to the city centre, where in wintertime you can use the skibus to get to Nassfeld, the best ski resort in the southern part of the Alps. The Wellness in Kötschach is also in walking distance, about 8 minutes.
I booked Bierhotel Loncium & Privatbrauerei at last minute and I arrived at the hotel close to midnight.
They were waiting for me and facilitated my check in.
The hotel is very interesting, super clean, excellent facilities and they gave me a nice room with an extremelly comfy bed...
The breakfast was fresh, supper lekker and abundant.
Very friendly owner. Nothing wat too much we asked. Great location, starting of nice walking trails right behind the hotel. Very clean, every day cleaning, unnecesarry imho, but ok that's the new western standard for being green.
The garden is pretty enough, and is in a quiet small group of houses. The shower (room #1) was excellent - the best we have experienced in any hotel/pension.
