From the Fotos we didn't expect that the hotel is on big street,but surprisedly in the room was very quiet.

If you want to travel around Belgium, I highly recommend Dendermonde, because it's in the middle and train connections to big cities are excellent (and almost all are direct).
City is smaller, very nice and there is a secret gnome village in the big park next to the station. :))
Stay in quite traditional house with an excellent host Patrick. The room was big, comfy, with the largest (not wellness) bathtub in the bathroom I've ever seen. :D We talked with Patrick about this house, city, history, which was super interesting.

Very large breakfast - lost of choices. Very friendly & welcoming host. Rooms are very clean, bed and accommodation at the level of 4* hotels. Room has even airconditioning and windows block street noise. We had a perfect stay.
Wonderfull 3 stages house in Dendermonde. Heater worked properly and you can find everything you need to coock and to live. Comfortable furniture. Very clean and very avalaible and friendly owners. I felt at home
