I cycled along the river Elbe, and took lots of photos of the city.
The weather was good, with sun shine and blue sky, so the view was perfect.
I suggest people can walk/cycle along the river, from Cathedral to Jahrtausendturm, just be enjoy the cozy.
The Cathedral has a total different view b/w days and nights, so go there twice!

You might want to visit for a day or two but it's not too spectacular.
If you get there visit the Hundertwasserhaus.

Interesting city.
Interesting city. Clean with nice places to eat - especially pan asian. Seems incredibly quiet and almost like two extra floors were built on every buiding that weren't needed. Still, a nice clean place with green spaces. The whole city's walkable. If you want a lively area, this is definitely not for you.

Very beautiful and historic city. It was especially beautifully decorated for the Christmas season and had an amazing Christmas market! Very goood restaurants, hotels, shopping and easy to navigate with the trams and buses. I’lll be back!
Positioned right next to the Magdeburg Hauptbahnhof the hotel was central to most things whether it be transport, shopping, restaurants and bars. The Cathedral is very close by, as is the Natural, Historical and Art Museum which is well worth a visit also. The hotel is a short walk from the River Elbe where you can take a number of paths along the banks. The staff were very friendly at the hotel.
The location was very central, with plenty of the main Magdeburg sights close by and not far from the riverside trail by the Elbe. There were plenty of bar and restaurant options close by. Having just stayed in another Limehome site ( previously reviewed on this site) this small apartment was better and more comfortable by comparison. All in all good.
I was visiting friends in Bernburg had to leave early to get flight from Berlin to Dublin only stayed a short time i will recommend to my Irish and German friends to stay next time hopefully I can fly to frankfurrt from my home city and go db to magdeburg and my friends can meet me at your hotel
Cosy and quiet apartment with a good connection to the city centre and nice restaurants in the area. Good price/quality ratio. Very easy check-in and -out. Friendly host and contact in case of any problems. I would recommend it to anyone for a short stay in Magdeburg.
Great place to stay in a nice neighbourhood, very close to the Magdeburg-Buckau train station, and a short walk away from the park and the Elbe, 25 min walk to the Hundertwasser center. Big room, a place to park, and kitchens available for guests.
