The breakfast was simple, like most continental breakfasts in Europe. Nothing special but nice enough. We ate dinner there every night, and everything was fresh and tasty. I highly recommend the house-made hazelnut schnapps. I wish I could have bought a bottle. It is 150 meters from the small village center. We had nice drinks and cakes there.
This family-run, 3-star hotel offers cozy rooms and excellent in-house spa facilities in the spa town of Gohrisch, near the Elbe and the sandstone mountains of Sächsische Schweiz (Saxon Switzerland).
The location of the hotel, the hotel staff were very friendly and polite. We were on holidays to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and had requested for a birthday cake… They set the table for us with flowers, wine and of course the cake, and they gave my husband a sweet birthday card… Really appreciate all their efforts 😊… The food at the restaurant was also very very good… All in all a great place to be in ❤️
Excellent value for money - absolutely superb breakfast with lots of choice. Hotellier asked us the night before which types of buns and how many we would like on the morning... But there was also muesli and yoghurts, cheeses and other spreads, and delicious fresh berries... Bedroom lovely with balcony. Car parking available on side of the road outside
very friendly and accommodating staff, nice surroundings of the hotel, very close to the rocks and tracks, delicious breakfast and the family rooms 201 and 202 very very spacious with the atmosphere od DDR era - we definitely recommend
