I really liked the room and the exceptional friendliness of the staff. The beakfast is exceptional with everything your heart can possibly desire.
One Saturday night at 2 am was very noisy people and there was no one to contact to complain. One night out of 11, it still gets a great review. The downside is, you can not get coffee orr tea 24/7 and for travellers from overseas it may be bothersome.
All in all the hotel is great. The staff greats you so warm every morning I wish I would live there.

We truly enjoyed our stay at "Hotel Peterhof".
The apartment we stayed at was exceptionally clean, cozy, well-equipped, and had a comfortable bed.
The gentleman from the night-shift at the reception was so kind and assisted us with our luggage, without us asking (night-shift of 30.12.2024): He carried a lot of our bags from the hotel reception to our booked apartment which is located around the corner; 1-min.-walk. He also spoke very well English and provided extra support with anything we needed at our arrival.
If you are considering booking an apartment at "Hotel Peterhof", please be aware that there is no elevator in the building. This may be the only downside in case you have a lot of luggage/ big suitcases/ if you have any disability.
However, we believe that the kind team from the reception would be more than happy to help out.

We loved the breakfast, offering plenty of healthy options (muesli/oats-station with nuts, seeds, fruits, etc.), fresh vegetables, eggs, milk foamer, and a press for freshly-squeezed orange juice, alternative milks, etc.

Kempten is a right place to start exploring the Allgaü alps of Germany. You get better stay options here as it gets a bit more costlier as you go down. The town is big and you even have food options late in the night. Also public transportation is available.Looking forward to visiting again in Summer.

Kempten was so amazing.
Kempten was so amazing. My partner and I could've spent weeks doing different hikes and exploration around the place. We definitely recommend having a car to drive to the mountains. There was also a spa about 30 minutes from the place we stayed which was incredible. We would recommend at least a week!

We loved Kempten.
We loved Kempten. We were in town for a Professional American Football game. The Allgau Comets. The stadium is close enough to walk. The town is very friendly. There was an open air market in the square. Some places do not take American credit cards. Some do not take cash. Ask! The apartment was perfect. Although, our family is tall so the sloped ceilings caused some bruising. The clothes washer was very handy and soap was provided for three loads. It was super clean, well appointed, quiet, and close to everything. Parking was easy. Self-check-in was easy. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

I was visiting friends who live nearby. We ate at several restaurants in town. Kempten is a picturesque city with lovely old buildings, parks, flowers, and winding streets. The hotel is in the center, and very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all questions.

Lovely small town, everything within Walking distance, plenty of good Restaurants,beerhalls and bars to choose from. great walkways along the river or out to the surrounding countryside within a few minutes drive.

We were staying here as a stopover on the way to skiing in Austria. It was easy to find, all of the staff (hotel and restaurant) were really lovely, rooms spacious and really comfortable after a long journey. Very clean, lots of hot water. Parking is in an outside carpark around the hotel location and is very easy to find a space. Restaurant food was gorgeous and beautifully prepared with different, surprising combinations and presentation- we loved it.
