Ansbach is a magnificent city. As the governmental seat of Middle Franconia, and the city that we grew up in, there is very much to offer and see and explore. Definitively, if a person wishes to see Germany and Bavaria, one will be well satisfied to visit Ansbach.

was stationed there in early 1970s so first time back.
was stationed there in early 1970s so first time back. Not much had changed although nice to see many walk ways now paved or pavers rather than cobblestone thus making it easier for wheelchairs. The new mall is actually very nice and big with many food spots. even has a grocery type store. Ansbach has a nice romantic feel for it.

It's a very comfortable hotel. Close to the bigger cities, comfortable, very comfortable rooms, staff very polite, always someone who speaks Perfect English. A restaurant for all praise, an extremely unusual menu, perfectly prepared food, a cosy restaurant within the hotel itself. very good hotels, near biggest city.
