Our host Roger was always present, helpful, and very attentive. He communicated very well and often with us prior to arrival and it was easy to communicate with him once there too. Most important was his service to drop us to and from places as taxis are difficult to get in Curacao. It made trips including to and from the airport very seamless. His staff who assisted with breakfast were also very friendly and attentive. When you sit for breakfast you get it usually within 1-3 minutes. I would definitely stay here again for its proximity to the city and things to do.

The bridge is worth a visit and the shopping mall renaissance fort is interesting .

Willemstad is a quaint little town! Lots of narrow streets to walk through! Plenty if bars and restaurants to grab a meal or a beverage. Plenty of souvenior shops too! HINT: If you go further into the town the prices get cheaper!😉 check all the shops before you guy your gifts! There are some bargins!
Also, there are a lot of local artists that have items for sale! Be sure to buy a few things from them to support their talents!
Lots of wall art too! Many murals have been painted on the walls. Be sure to cross the bridge to OTRABANDA and stroll through the neighborhood to see the AMAZING art work!

We reached Willemstad by walking or by hotel shuttle. We enjoyed walking on streets admiring colourful colonial buildings, shopping, drinking at terraces and dining at good restaurants.
We planned to visit Mangroves park, however found that entry fee was too expensive.

Willemstad is a quaint, beautiful place. I love the people of Curacao. The food is very good. Many of the restaurants have incredible views. There is plenty of music and dance. The multicultural, warm atmosphere in Curacao is unique. I treasure my time there and wish I had more.
The one weak point of Curacao is the shopping. If you are a shopoholic, spend the week in Manhattan.

I like walking around the city on both sides of the bridge.
I like walking around the city on both sides of the bridge. It is funny how the stores do not really follow an opening/closure schedule so if you might like doing some shopping you should forget about the beach day and walk around the nice stores. There is a nice and new art gallery called Bagira Artist and Gallery, the artist is an open heart person and her job is superb! She allowed me to visit the installations during a time that everything was closed.

For the price that was charged I expected way more.
For the price that was charged I expected way more. For instance they don't have any parking on site. Very often the closest on-street parking I could find was a long walk away and this was very frustrating. The room we stayed in was shown as ocean view but it was kind of a side view. Again, this would have been fine for much lower cost but at about USD 350 a night I expected at least parking at the facility (even if it meant paying some more). Also charging for Coffee pods was silly, keep in mind I was paying USD 1350 for the stay and they wanted to add 5 more bucks for the coffee pods!
Outside of the above, rest was fine. One of the staff was very helpful. Place was very clean and the the full property was well maintained. The main tourist area is about a 15 minute walk so the location is not bad.
My wife and I stayed at the location for the Easter weekend and had a wonderful time. The house is sparkling clean having everything you need for a nice stay. Very comfortable beds, kitchen and bathroom well equipped.
Math, our host is a wonderful, respectful person, who was there when needed.
Not only did we enjoy the house itself, but also the silence and tranquility typically of this part of Curaçao countryside, with beaches nearby.
We sure recommend FonteinZen to any future host.
Lovely apartment in a great location in Curacao. Easy self check-in. We had the apartment with the view on the street. For us is ok, cause we were always outside. It is a quiet area. The apartment has everything and fully equipped kitchen. Pietermaai is kind of a new fast developing area with many restaurants, bars and various establishments within walking distance to the center of Curaçao.
The location of the hotel is excellent, only 2-3kms from the airport. The owner was very nice, spoke English and offered a lot of information about Curacao and even drove us to the center of town so that we could explore Willemstad.
This appartement is located in the most lively area of Curacao, still it is quiet in the night. There is easy acces to the beautiful swimmingpool in the backyard. Bed is kingsize. AC is great. We stayed here on Kingsday: fantastic!
