Cordoba is really a neat town. Love the central square. Last evening there was a full orchestra playing and older couples were dancing what I think is called the Danzon. Lots of nice restaurants around the square. Reminds me of what Oaxaca was like 30 years ago.

Córdoba is a quiet town with not a lot of things to see it do, but does have a small, interesting museum, a museum of coffee and a lovely, placid central square. There are several good restaurants in the Portales across from the square.

There is not a lot to do right in town, but for a “home base” to visit Veracruz State, it makes a great location to base your visit. Get a coffee, go for a stroll and relax, and go for a jog in the ecological park. It was an excellent location to spend Christmas away from home.
