I chose this property for the location and view and that didn't disappoint. Great location to walk to everything. Comfortably appointed except for the couch - the seats were OK for lying or reclining but not for sitting. Plenty of wardrobe space so everything could be put away. Great TV and view from the front room. Contact from the hosts was quick when we had a question based on a review note about the light from the kitchen to the bedroom which was not an issue. Good dining room table and chairs near the sideboard. Rail in the roomy shower cubicle :)

Minlanton is a nice little town with all the amenities. People are friendly and there is a good range of places to eat for such a small town. I was there for work, but it has close access to a number of coastal towns, would be a good place to base yourself for trips around the peninsula.
