The staff were easy to deal with they were amazing. Location is good walking distance to many shops mall food supermarket you name it. Close to the train station. Room was spotless , nice new appliances with everything I needed for dishes / washing and drying clothes. Spacious nice layout will be back on my next trip!!

Liverpool is a melting pot of different cultures and people that can cater for diverse needs. It is not a typical Sydney tourist destination, but it does offer great food options, Indian, Lebanese and Turkish stores and also a Westfield. It has a train station that provides direct access to the city and is an ideal location for families attending sporting events on that side of the city.

I would not recommend Liverpool to anyone, in fact, I would discourage anyone from staying in Liverpool.

The location wasn't great, mainly because we arrived during peak traffic, and we didn't know our way around that area. I think it could have been sign posted better.

Overall it was a good suburban area.
Overall it was a good suburban area. Like everywhere you have your good and bad places. Not as crazy as the city but not country life either. Plenty of places to eat and a major shopping centre with public transport and easy access to the main highways.
My room was comfortable, it is a budget motel and I thought that it was value for money and the location was ideal for my stay. I normally stay at the Best Western down the road, however for the price and ease to get off the M5 when returning to the motel is enough for me to stay here next trip. The lady on the front desk was awesome, nothing was to much trouble for her, she answered questions, told me about the communal area and the best way to exit the motel. Just small stuff, but leaves a lasting impression.
Stayed four nights on 4th floor. Liked everything about this property its quality and access to club adjoining hotel for food and drink was really convenient. Loads of parking especially if travelling with trailer. Staff are lovely. Cleaners do an amazing job and availability of room service is excellent food choice and pricing is good. Whilst not the weather for swimming for us the pool looked amazing and saw pool maintenance and cleaning there daily.
This was our first time staying at Quest Liverpool. The room was nice enough. Sufficient. Not the cleanest room we've stayed in for the Quest brand. We've stayed at a couple of Quest apartments before. This one was probably not the best. It was good enough, but not amazing or fantastic like other Quest apartments we've stayed in. Good balcony.
Nice kitchen. Great laundry & bathroom facilities. Nice manager. Friendly enough.
Location was perfectly handy for our needs. Nearby Liverpool shopping area has many cafes, as well as vege shops etc for cooking. A large shopping mall was nearby too.
