Away from the busy area. Breakfast was good and dinner was ok. Was nice to be able to not have to leave the area. The ducks were also fun to watch
The Relais Du Vignoble is situated on an Alsation wine estate, outside the village of Gueberschwihr. It offers spacious guest rooms with TVs and free wired internet.

The hotel is situated in a vineyard and in addition to the hotel, there is a wine cellar and an excellent restaurant. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a balcony overlooking the vineyards -- quite pleasant. The staff was friendly. We had lunch in the Belle Vue, the restaurant next to the hotel and that was quite good. The quaint village of Gueberschwihr is worth a walking tour and there are many excellent walking routes of varying degrees of length and difficulty that originate in the area. Easy drive to Rouffach and Equisheim .
Hotel Les Rives offers elegantly modern and luxurious rooms, some of which have their own private terrace. It is located in the Domaine du Lac, which also includes Hotel Du Lac.
Location and façade and tranquility are great. But the rooms behind the façade are very austere, very simple and tasteless. The rooms represent the luxury of a 1 star hotel. I could not stand the rooms (other rooms showed were the same) and very much shortened my stay.
The property was ideally located in the centre of Rouffach down a quiet Cul de Sac. It was a period property that had been beautifully renovated retaining & showcasing some original features. It had the added benefit of being able to park a car in the garage underneath. Enjoyed seeing the local "feathered" residents (i.e. Storks) roosting on one of the house roofs opposite!
Perfect retreat with all facilities thought of. Set in the grounds of a large gite with its own vineyard. Comfortable bed and large spacious living area.
Rouffach centre is close by with a gothic feel with a handful of quality restaurants. Great for a couple days exploring the wine region of Alsace area or a stop over like we did.
I have been coming to this hotel for many years, though this is the first time.e in 3 or 4 years. It's changed its name, so maybe also management, I don't know..
The breakfast is as fantastic as always, but other things, not so much.
