LOISIUM was an incredible hotel with some of the best customer service. We utilized their spa services, massages, and saunas. They were beautiful and so comfortable. The location of the hotel is stunning and completely surrounded by vineyards. We also ate at the hotel for dinner. The food was incredible and the wine pairing was perfect. We also ate dinner at the bar one night and it was fantastic. The burger was perfection! Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The hotel is still conveniently located near other wineries, Eperney, and Reims.

This hotel feels truly French in a wonderful and authentic way. Each room is differently designed but equally gorgeous. There’s a lovely cat who greets you at the hotel and it’s run by two lovely women. This hotel exceeded our expectations from the photos and the listing - we would absolutely stay there again.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location is quiet but close to many restaurants. The breakfast had a nice array of items (fresh pastries, meats, cheese, coffee/tea, fruit) along with custom-cooked eggs.

Location was amazing. Beautiful views. Property was absolutely stunning. The staff throughout the hotel was exceptional. The restaurants were incredible including the bar. This experience literally brought us to tears. It truly was the best vacation of our lives. We are already planning our return for next year. Very small village set in the middle of the champagne region. Excellent base but be prepared to drive everywhere for restaurants etc. Good cafes close at hand in Aÿ but a 15 minute drive to Épernay for a reasonable choice of restaurants - some excellent.
