The hotel is extremely well located, with incredible views from the terrace and just a 5-10 minute walk to the lake, where there is a bar that rents out all kinds of water equipment and has really good food.
We enjoyed having dinner at the hotel terrace, as sunsets there were beautiful, and the food was delicious.
Staff was also very nice.

We got to the hotel late, but, you're in the mountains and from our room balcony you could see horses and mountains and there were some cute kittens playing outside. So nice to be in absolute peace and silence. At night you can see every star in the sky. The room is huge, compared to other hotel rooms in France. There is like a foyer area where you an put any gear and luggage you may have, then the actual bedroom is separated into it's own room. The balcony had a nice table and two chairs. They have a pizza restaurant on property, but we had pizza earlier in the day, so, thankfully, there is a tiny, little town center a 5min drive away. There was a Middle Eastern place open, so thankfully, they had falafels, since my husband and I don't eat meat and we did take away and we bought a bottle of wine at the pizza restaurant and enjoyed our food on the balcony. If you are visiting Gorges du Verdon, I would highly recommend this place. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to use the pool, but I wasn't sure if it was open or not.

The location is great, above the lake with a very nice view. It’s located in a small village so it’s hard to find convenience stores or small shops like a boulangerie but everyone is very friendly.

The views are stunning! The staff is so friendly. At first site it looks a little neglected, but the rooms are beautiful! New luxury vinyl floors and a beautiful bathroom. It has a rich history and a host of celebrities including Winston Churchill. The food was very good and homey

I loved this hotel, and would highly recommend it to everyone! The location was great, and I had a lakeside view that was incredible. The staff was very friendly and the room was a fair price. I would love to come back here.

a very small village with just couple of restaurants, lovely big lake to swim or canoe in, a must see place just a bit out of the way but thats what makes it special here. shame we couldnt stay longer and hire a canoe and visit the gorges nearby.

What a great hotel in a lovely little complex! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room was clean and well appointed. Restaurants and walk to the lake were right there. Perfect overnight stop on our touring holiday
