Beautiful property and amazing restaurant. The staff was beyond friendly and kind. We loved the friendly and cheerful woman who checked us in and personally walked us to our room across the street. So sweet and amazing asset to the hotel. Same with our amazing waiter for dinner that night. The food was seriously amazing.

The first impression of the town is the concrete 1960s...
The first impression of the town is the concrete 1960s railway station, which more resembles a 'Soviet' eastern block city. Typical post-war reconstruction. The underpasses and shortcuts do not show on street maps and tend to be the home of migrants and tramps overnight. A short walk into the town reveals an older modernised French city. I did not see many older people walking around. It seems to be a city of young workers and students. Plenty of restaurants and cafes on a nice day out - but don't stay for more than one or two days passing through.

A wonderful place.
A wonderful place. Needless to say the Cathedral is maginificent. The town is an ideal place for cyclists. Cycle lanes and signposts all over the place. We went on the cycle path along the Hortillonages, wonderful gardens and cottages along the river Somme.

Lovely area, great centre for exploring the Somme area.
Lovely area, great centre for exploring the Somme area. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. We particularly enjoyed the area by the river for eating out - lots of different cuisines to choose from; we also found excellent selections of beers and wines to choose from. There are several museums to visit (although we didn't this visit) and it is a very easy town to walk around - we didn't get lost once!

Amiens is a beautiful city with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Beautiful old buildings are a bonus. We ate in La Brasserie Jules, which provided us with authentic French cuisine at a somewhat affordable price. 3 course menu, a main and a dessert with a bottle of wine came to €91. Which I feel is quite good, compared to Dublin!

Fab location just 5 mins walk.from.the cathedral and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Very clean and comfortable the guys on reception were really friendly and helpful. Parking is great just behind the hotel in a secure lot. A really great budget hotel. Worth knowing there are no lifts but they helped us up with our bags. Amiens is a really great town we ate down by the river which had a great vibe
Room was exceptionally clean, and for a stopover was just what we needed. The breakfast was good. The location was ideal in all respects - easy to locate on arrival (with a drop-off zone right outside the hotel), easy to leave on departure, and just 2 minutes from the very centre of town and its historic Cathedral of Amiens.
Very nice hotel near the center of Amiens. Clean, quiet, and comfortable room, speedy check-in and out, and nice decoration and feel of the hotel in general. Very professional. The staff was very polite and helpful, and it was so sweet to have an extremely tasty and fresh breakfast made just for us — thank you :)
Easily accessible from motorway and only a simple bus ride into town. Lots of parking. New hotel. Light and airy. Room excellent, bed comfortable, shower good and aircon that actually worked. Excellent for a visit to Amiens or a stopover.
What a beautiful apartment with a great location. It was our last night in France after many excellent apartments, and this was perhaps the nicest. Lovely views from the windows. However there were drawbacks.
