Pretty cosy and boutique type of stay in the nature right next to numerous hiking/walking trails at Nuuksio ark area.
Staff was very attentive and friendly, with personal attention and friendly inquiries for help, advise.

We stayed in Espoo for one night,then stayed four in Helsinki.
It was the best way of enjoying the snow (being Irish it is a novelty )and enjoying the peaceful forest surrounding the hotel.
It was a great start to our christmas break before going into the city.
It was magical and I did a morning hike around the grounds of the hotel.
My sons and I loved it.

For those who likes to be in nature. There is nearby two very good birdwatching places: Maarian lintutorni and Laajalahden lintutorni. I also recommend to visit Villa Elfin nearby. Also Gallen-Kallela museum is worth of visiting.

It was really nice, The reception is open 24/7 we reached the hotel by around 0030 hrs and the counter was open.
We had a private sauna in our room which is really good.
Breakfast was also very nice.
The hotel is in Espoo. A large but comfortable, clean, and quiet hotel. Good breakfast and quality hotel cuisine await you. There is a big shopping mall next to the hotel. In addition, a large swimming pool awaits you. Likewise, there are 2-3 quiet beaches near the hotel.
The subway is under the hotel. The subway entrance is the side door of the hotel. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the center of Helsinki, Kammpi, or the train station. Good choice to stay. Thanks to the management for their hospitality.
Cozy apartment with all modern amenities, situated few minutes from the Metro, Mall, Restaurants and Parks. the M takes you to the city of Espoo or Helsinki in few minutes. The Bus station is also nearby another locations. An The apartment has a small desk for working, balcony for enjoying quite moments, fully functional kitchen and comfy lighting for a relaxing evening. The host Antii is super responsive. The instructions he sent for the check-in were detailed and clear.
The property was perfect for our trip. We were attending the Athletics Championships in Espoo which was very close by (5 minutes walk) - there was also excellent transport close by (train, tram, bus) and a shopping centre with several restaurants and supermarkets. The property was impeccably clean and bright and reasonably priced. The management were excellent and allowed us in early so we get to the first day of the championships. Thank you !
Meals were great. The property was very nice and I enjoyed walking by the shore each morning. The packed breakfast due to an early departure was a great treat and was really delicious.
Room temperature was good and my neighbors were quiet. Bed was comfy and I slept well.

First of all: friendly, helpful and positive people working in the hotel. Proximity to the beautiful lake, big park / forest with trails, comfortable bed, outstanding food... just cannot wait to return there. You can walk or rent the bike there. It is extremely quiet place, but not far from Helsinki, just half an hour drive from the center.
For me it was a good position, just next to Aalto University. I was positively surprised by the common area, a large space that can be enjoyed for relaxing, working, chatting, having a (free) coffee, or surfing the (free) internet, etc. This area alone made it worth visiting Heimo Hotel. The room was nice and with a nice view.
Hotel Hanasaari is not far from Helsinki, yet it feels nice and secluded. We were there in winter and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. The room was warm and comfortable. We were only there for one night and did not have time to use all of the facilities.
Breakfast! It was the best part; this hotel does not spare any expense in putting out a well thought out breakfast with many options for the pickiest of palettes. We really enjoyed the choices and variety of high quality wonderful tasting food.
