Mateo was an incredible host. The breakfast was homemade and plentiful with eggs (any way you like) and delicious coffees. The bar had a great vibe with a record player, candles, and handmade cocktails. The best White Russian ever….and fine snacks to go with the drinks. Mateo was very helpful and made us feel at home. The ski bus is literally outside the front door and you can ski back to the hotel. Super convenient. The decor throughout the hotel is unique, to include huge stain glass windows. Mateo’s grandfather sculpted several of the large wooden pieces throughout the hotel as well. Restaurants and shops are walkable. Highly recommend!

The Dolomites/Sella Ronda is world's second largest ski resort. The views on the Dolomites is breathtaking and magnificent. The Italian food, on the slopes and in the villages, is delicious, good quality and good price. The Critallo hotel is located in Santa Cristina, 25min from the autostrada. The hospitality exceeded our expectations. Very friendly crew, really made us feel home, helped us when needed and did the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The facilities were great (e.g ski room spa etc). Having the ski bus in front of the hotel made it extra convenient. We have a great time, would certainly recommend the ski resort and hotel.

This stay had the most amazing views and the most charming hostess. She was very accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed talking with her. The accommodations were comfortable.
We walked from Garni de Chalet to a local restaurant that was very good. This town had two restaurants but a short drive or bus ride to Ortisei provided many more options to eat.

Santa Cristina is located very near the Dolomiti mountains. A beautiful place in northern Italy. With beautiful landscapes for cycling, trekking and site seeing. I would recommend this place to anyone who love nature.

Santa Cristina, located in the heart of Val Gardene is a very good starting point for hikes, bike rides or just cruising in the Dolomites. I've been to quite a few places in the Alps, but I woudl say that the Dolomites beats them all.

It is a lovely town in the Dolomites, we choose to stay there as it was close to the area we wanted to ski. Unfortunately, as we went out of season most of the restaurants were closed, so we did not have the chance to try any. But as the town is located between Ortisei and Selva di Val Gardena, which are bigger places and close to Santa Christina, we had dinner there.
Crossing the middle of the town there is an old tunnel in which some historical facts about the town are explained.

Santa Cristina is a very nice town for a skiing holiday. Seems to be a good mix of Italy and Tirol. Good food available everywhere but as well some tiroler apres ski! Town is a great base and good connection into the Dolomiti superski arena. Town has a few supermarkets, some nice restaurants and even a good place to do your daily afternoon Apres-Ski.

The hotel in his wholeness is beautiful. The staff is exceptional. The facilities are great. Our daughter got to experience the mini club which obviously gave us, for the very first time since she was born, the chance to get a drink or a dinner just the 2 of us knowing she was safe, happy and enjoying herself in Villa Dumbo. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about our short holiday and we certainly are thinking to go back again.
The location is perfect, a walking distance to Saslong or a ski bus stop is 1 minute away. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. My double room was a regular room, cleaned every day, wifi working fine, a hotel mini fridge would be welcomed but I understand it is not a standard in such properties in Italy.
Nice and pet friendly hotel. There is a parking lot, and also, the teslas' destination charger is available.
On the 4th floor, there's a lawn for dogs, also waste bags. In the garage, there is a shower for dogs, also shampoo and dryer.
We liked breakfast a lot.
The hotel has a roaming cat, it was very cute.
