Beautiful location close to the old town- 10min walk. Great views and kind staff. Room is quiet and breakfast was great. You can have spritz on the terrace with a magnificent view. The pool is freezing and being oct perhaps the maintenance people went home for the season .

What didn't I like?? Everything about the property and its amenities were stellar. The lounge chairs all over the property made it almost feel like you had the views and the place all to yourself. The pool was clean and very big. The cave spas were incredible. They were so relaxing after many days of traveling and sight seeing.

Our room had beautiful view of Val d’Orcia. Not all rooms had this. Full facilities. Poor policy on using hot tub and spa pool. 30.00 euro per person per day. What if you want to use for hour or so

Very nice room with updated amenities in historic village. Breakfast was served at a nice restaurant with various choices. Staff was attentive and thorough. Great garden with drinks and places to relax and lounge. Highly recommend.

The town, itself, does not have any cathedral of note or museums. It is entirely unremarkable in this regard. But, it is a perfect location to use as a base of operations to explore Tuscan wine country. The town is charming, its people friendly, has a number of good restaurants and it is not over run with tourists.
Enophiles will love this place.

We enjoyed this town so much. It was beautiful and quiet. The food and wine was amazing everywhere we ate. We picked the location due to the many walks in all directions. Perfect for walking or biking. Hope to return.

Lovely quaint town and not too touristy.
Lovely quaint town and not too touristy. A good choice of restaurants within easy walking distance. Close to Pienza and Montepulciano. Town has a small park that is nice to walk around. There are also free parking lots which makes parking very easy.

This was my second visit, as my son’s family live there.
This was my second visit, as my son’s family live there. It’s a charming small town in a gorgeous setting. Each June, they celebrate the Festival of Barbarossa and dramatize historic events from the 12th century. The four quarters of the town each have their own flags, songs, competition teams, etc. and the spirits are high!! Great fun!

The historic city of San Quirico d'Orcia is one of several beautiful Tuscan cities located around the Valle d'Orcia.
It has a very historic centre.
As an old city there are many modern amenities for tourism: restaurants, historical buildings, museums, churches, bars, and shops.
A very charming place to base yourself in Tuscany for the Valle d'Orcia: very relaxing and peaceful.

San Quirico d'Orcia is a gorgeous village in the middle of the Val d'Orcia. Not only the place is fascinating, but its surroundings will make your jaw drop. It is also strategically located and well connected to other fantastic small towns and villages, which make it the perfect location for a road trip.

The breakfast was really good, you had three different breakfast options you could choose from plus fruits and yoghurt and the coffee was excellent. The restaurant we went to that belongs to the same hotel was so cute and very Italian and the food was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
My third stay at the hotel. As always, Palazzuolo was a friendly place in an excellent location. Dinners in the restaurant were well served and tasted even better than last time. Wonderful views towards Montalcino from the room.
