Exceptional apartment...really enjoyed my stay and wish we would even stay for a whole week. Everything was as advertised except that there were no condiments, and when I raised that with the owner he brought them within hours. I love it, I love the service. Definitely coming back, that is a promise.

I did not like the set up of being booked in someone's flat instead of a BnB. I did Han enjoy the comfort I expected. I never wanted to cook. That room was used because the towel in the bathroom was dirty and had make up... I don't wear makeup. Bathroom was not properly cleaned with visible dirt behind the door. The sheets were not clean and you could tell that someone was there before us. Next time book me in a proper place not in a residential area and school girls flat

We used Google to check out nice spots where we could go and enjoy ourselves and there was a place offering Go-Karts but navigator took us straight to menlyn mall😟. It's a quite and safe place, with easy access to restaurants, deliveries, transportation etc. I tried out the Fire room and I enjoyed the experience and taste of their meals, did some shopping at Menlyn Mall.
I think this property is a scam. We secured our booking late at night since we were stuck in Pretoria CBD and needed a place to sleep. We booked and were requested to make an immediate payment🚩. Fine we did that, then when we went to the place, it was nowhere to be found. Google maps didn't even recognize the place. We called and random people picked our calls only to tell us we've got a wrong number then laugh at us. I'd like to get my money back or at least look into the place and do something about it. We are being scammed.
I needed to conduct Business at VFS Cherry Lane Pretoria and only needed overnight accommodation. I chose Bay Tree Guest House via Bookings.Com. Renee was most charming on arrival offering us Coffee or tea. Our room was clean, tidy and well appointed with everything we needed. Mini fridge, microwave and kettle. We chose a room with 2 Single bed, that were very comfortable and with plenty of warm blankets and duvet. We spent a few hours outside eating and chatting. Extremely well priced, safe and central. Charming hosts.
The food was palatable- both dinner and breakfast. The room was spacious, modern and not overly decorated. The staff and the owners are so friendly and considerate. The location is quite. I'm always at the CBD when visiting Pretoria, so it was great to be away from all that noise and hassle. I was well rested for my business the next day.
