Very thoughtfully designed and with high quality finishes. The beds are excellent and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near all the major sights of Bolzano. As a bonus, we could see the Ritten cable car from our balcony! Hotel staff was kind and made room for us in the hotel restaurant for dinner on the first night of our stay.
The breakfast buffet was wonderful and gave us a great start each day.

We booked a twin room for two nights. As I've seen, the staff on front desk speak English really well. And they were really helpful, and were not reluctant to pass on any information to us, especially about the city and transportation etc. The hotel is located in a quiet area of the town, so we did not get bothered by any loud noises during night.
The room was spacious, and was really clean. The bathroom was too (although I felt like the shower head was located a bit high, and if you're 5'4 or shorter, would have a hard time reaching it). And I believed it was really good for the price.

The breakfast was delicious with so many options. We enjoyed being greeted each morning and the attention to detail, even remembering our coffee preferences! Nonna's homemade apple strudel was a delicious treat! The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to enjoy the old town nearby. Travelers who come by train or bus will find it a convenient location. We appreciated the nearby accessible and safe parking garage.

Good location for easy access to the DOLOMITES, although start early, about a 30 or 40 miute drive. Shopping district was where the hotel, plaza and restauratnts were - varied and many.Traffic was a bit intimidating with construction project; the ZTL zones are many - but well maked here.

Best bit is that by cable car it opens up the mountains via a wonderful train that connects you across the top . Then bus and cable cars that will take you to the Ritter horn . There are great hikes everywhere .

One of the nicest cities i visited, the combination of Italian and German culture created such a wonderful mix. You should visit the Otzi museum, and go with the cable car/hiking. All food was good. Public transit is amazing.

Bolzano is very cool.
Bolzano is very cool. The city itself is charming and German cute. a great escape from the scorching heat say in Rome or Florence during the summer months. Make sure you visit the museum where "The Iceman" is - very informative and interesting. . The surrounding countryside and dolomites are very scenic and wonderful. Highly recommended.

The hotel is new and looks excellent. Breakfast was basic but plentiful, and the staff was very nice. We loved the size of the room, the comfy bed and the large bedroom.
Despite the weather, we really appreciated the hotel's garden. We also really loved exploring the city of Bolzano with the complimentary city card that the hotel gave us. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Character-full apartment near the centre of Bolzano. Check-in is at a hotel opposite the main railway station. Then we walked a few minutes to a quiet location. We had a free upgrade to an apartment with a lift, which was very helpful. The staff were efficient and helpful.
A nice pit stop through northern Italy. Having hotel parking is essential as street parking is scarce so close to the old town.(Walking distance). Breakfast is good and rooms spacious.
