The sheep cheese is something to die for! This place truly stands for the famous Albanian hospitality and its high standards of comfort. The breakfast is top, the location is quiet, and the pillows are fantastic. As if this wasn't good enough, our hosts fed us like kings. We came for a trail running race and my son and I are quite some eaters. :) Bonus: we could check out after 1 PM, enough to take a shower and eat again. Faleminderit shume!

Voskopojë is a cosy little village with an impressive history. Interesting to study. It is located in a mountainous area though not high steep peaks. Highly suitable for walks in the surrounding area without getting too exhausting. We spend 2 nights, in summer we could easily spend one more. Several good accommodation and we really enjoyed to eat at the Ambassador restaurant.
