Simply amazing host. Definitely on of the best breakfast in Albania. We traveled around Albania for three weeks and this was such a treat. Homemade jams and preserves for breakfast as well as fantastic homemade cake.

Amazing breakfast and beautiful view from the balcony. They were flexible and understanding about a last minute arrival change. Our room was clean and updated. The near by beaches were great to visit and only a short walk away.

Very cute seaside little town. At the end of November, very quiet. Two restaurants opened. We went twice to Piazza, very welcoming lady and really good food (zucchini chips, eggplant paste, homemade bread). Lots of hiking and walking paths. The nature is amazing.

Himare is at least 3,5 hours away from Tirana Airport and...
Himare is at least 3,5 hours away from Tirana Airport and the landscape to drive through is not very appealing ( only last hour). Its a small town with lots of beaches nearby . Not a lot of charm. The old village up the hill on the contrary is very beautiful but has except a viewpoint bar no other services to offer

Avoid Himare in July and August it is just too overcrowded - It is a wonderful spot in shoulder season. Like the whole coastline there is a lot of construction so choose your accomodation carefully. Plenty of restaurants and things to do - would highly recommend boat trip. Great valuer for money, and excellent seafood. The waters are crystal clear just like the advertising literature. Heavenly sunsets.

Himara is a perfect location for summer vacation.
Himara is a perfect location for summer vacation. There are many beaches and most of them are walking distance from each other. Himara offers a lots of bars and restaurants so the nights are not boring and you have something to do and places to go. I really enjoyed the trip to Porto Palermo Castle and the Potami beach. I love Llamani and Livadhi beach but unfortunately I didn’t have time to visit them during my trip.

Beaches are not great.
Beaches are not great. City is dirty, you can smell the garbage. Pretty hard to park the car, we had to use the car to visit different beaches(about 6km away from Himare). Next day we took the car and ate 60 km away in Sarande,

Our favorite hotel in Albania! The location was unbeatable, not only for the views but also for the surrounding gardens and olive groves. The room was perfect, it had everything we needed. It was impossible not to relax.
5 minute drive from Livadh beach and also from Himare.
Irini was a lovely hostess, open, available and professional.
Breakfast was amazing, quality ingredients, homemade jams, good choice and quantity.

We're traveling Albania from North to South, and so far, this is the best hotel we've found. The owners are Greek; very kind, welcoming people,it was a pleasure meeting them. The place is brand new, built 4 years ago, spotlessly cleaned up and with a modern and minimal design, all completed by a gorgeous view of both mountains and Himare. 5 minutes walk from town center. Breakfast is served in the beautiful terrace, very rich and genuine. We're going to recommend it to all our friends in Italy.
Great find, lovely hotel ( looks quite new) steps away from the beach and with friendly staff. Beds are super comfortable and pillows as well. Shower had pressure and always hot. Breakfast served in there restaurant in front of the beach was lovely to. You can pick as many items as you want and coffee and juice. Good service all true out. Good parking under the hotel as well for no extra charge. Location perfect to move around the beaches from Dhermi and Himare.

Stunning views from our balcony at the whole Himare and the mountains! Probably the best view you can get there and it seemed like the most beautiful hotel in the area.
Good size apartment that was clean, with comfy beds and a nice balcony overlooking the pool and the whole Himare.
Apart from the view, the location itself is good, about 20 mins walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
Our stay at this hotel was beyond words. This family run hotel, was clean, had great service and the food at their restaurant was excellent.
We would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Himare.
