From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, particularly Donna at the reception desk who graciously accommodated our request to change our room booking from twin beds to a more suitable option. The level of accessibility throughout the hotel was impressive, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible breakfast spread. Not only was the food delicious, but the crew made us feel like VIPs with their exceptional service. Dining in was truly a delightful experience. Additionally, the hotel's location couldn't have been more convenient, situated near downtown and a variety of restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the area during our stay. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the accessibility and outstanding staff service to the fantastic breakfast and prime location, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning in the future.
