The staff are charming, engaging, polite and professional. The atmosphere and vibes of the hotel were excellent. Super clean facility!!! I will be back very soon!! The rooms need dimmer switches on the lighting in the rooms. The rooms are clean and comfotable. The pictures on the website don't do the property justice. I loved that they had 2 luggage racks, one for each of us.

Great location within walking distance to a beautiful beach and kioscos, an outdoor mall of restaurants, bars, stores, etc. along the beautiful beach. Very short drive to El Yunque. 30 minutes to Fajardo for catamaran excursions, bioluminous bay. Fantastic complimentary breakfast. Beautiful pool with amenities for all ages. Nice gym. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms.

The complete hotel is clean, very nice, well organized and feels like something different from other Puerto Rican hotels. There is an outdoor area with swimming pool, bar and wending machines. Definitely you must try cocktails and breakfast - both cheaper and better than elsewhere in the area. Parking is private and secure. For now, the best hotel experience in Puerto Rico!

Location, good price, excellent attention from the staff on site, excellent communication even though it was contactless. The room was clean, very nice, comfortable beds, and the location, perfect.
