They took the time to give us some tips about the city and how to reach the major landmarks. The hotel has an underground garage with surveillance and 2 garage doors. Parking costs 20€ per day.

It is best to drive, else need to walk 1.1km from the train or bus station. Room is spacious and clean, with complete amenities (except toothbrush and paste). One can leave the luggage before check-in and after checkout. Staff is friendly & able to converse in English. There are lifts, which is good for those with big luggage. Breakfast from 0700-1000hr & dinner 1800-2130hr. Both are buffet style, with good varieties, especially lots of fruits. I enjoyed using the spa and wellness centre, with thermal pools to soak and relax. One can have a nice stroll behind the apartment, which leads to the iconic Keszthely sign. Overall, I am very happy to stay here.
