The room was comfortable and warm (we stayed in winter and temperatures can be very cold by night). The breakfast was good with multiple options. It is possible to get coffee or tea anytime.

Many good restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We told the checkin staff that we were celebrating our anniversary. They recommended an excellent restaurant and made reservations for us. When we returned after dinner we found a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, and a lovely note.

Very nice place to stay with lots of character. Rooms were tidy, clean and in order. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very nice and well presented.

Situated in Valparaíso, Hotel Winebox features accommodation with private terraces. Buffet breakfast options are available every morning at the accommodation. The staff was amazing. Super helpful and went out of their way to help us book tours last minute. Rooms were spacious and breakfast was great! One of my favorite hotels.
