The location is unbeatable in the middle of the old town. The housekeeping was very good leaving the room smells nice and fresh. There was no mistake in the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel and the beautiful town Lugo

He was so helpful. Cristina was exceptional. Did so much to make sure everything was ok. Recommended restaurants and tours, she was brilliant. All staff were good, hotel was very clean. I liked the area, close to everything and bus stop in front of hotel.
