Location was great . Just opened property, hence everything is brand new . The owner is a gem of a person. Staff was courteous. They go out of the way to help . We had an issue with the car tyres and they arranged for air pumps. Can’t help praise the Oman people . Every one was so helpful, you just need to stop , they will enquire if you need help on directions. They will go out of the way to help .

I cannot praise this hotel enough for its exceptional staff and outstanding hospitality. Located in the heart of the city, this property offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warmth. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Mr. Waleed & Mr. Ehab. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their attention to detail and readiness to assist with any request made me feel truly valued as a guest. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's prime location. Being situated in the heart it was easy for us to travel all around salalah. Mr. Waleed was kind to offer us free breakfast & also gave us Omani sweets as gifts which we really really enjoyed! The hospitality was outstanding and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. Definitely staying in this same hotel if we visit Salalah again!

All the team at the restaurant in the morning especially TAREK, the amazing chef, and the ballerina beautiful philippina greeter. Valet parking team, receptionists, room service and porters. Nestled within the coastline community of Al Mouj and ‘the new heart of Muscat’, the five-star hotel will be an unparalleled luxury destination in Oman’s captivating capital. Excellent Hotel! the feeling that time stops there. the Staff is very polite, not obsessive, the clear distance between visitors and stuff. Honestly, Oman itself is not "spoiled" with heavy touristic flow , the normal level of visitors. we stayed 3 days inside without leaving outside, enjoying staying on the beach, sea, walking in the water, and looking the splendid sunsets. really in "light shok" that haven't visit this country before. now, i have recommended the Hotel to my colleagues, 2 already stayed there and enjoyed as well, and i will fly their myself once have free time ( from Dubai it takes abt 40 minutes)!
