Big room, excellent service from the minute, we arrived at the reception for check in until the minute we left after collecting our bags from left luggage.

Breakfast was superb and I really enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. Staff were really friendly and the hotel is located next to the shopping centre. Also had good parking - would stay there again in my next visit!

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... The breakfast was very tasty and made it possible to make healthy choices. (I'm talking about dining in the Club) The Club also had very nice staff - Marina, Olzas, Jekaterina and Ainu The location of the hotel is very good - in the center.

Situated in Astana, 3 km from Bayterek Monument, The Veil Hotel features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a spa and wellness centre. Everything. It’s the best hotel experience that we’ve had. We’ve traveled a lot across all continents, but never had the change (until now) to stay in a hotel which is part of SLH network. It was our first experience, and giving the design of the hotel, the best one. Congrats to the team who designed this beauty and to the team which is taking care of the guests needs every day!
