They're all professional. breakfast is exceptional. room is stylish, modern and very comfortable. spa, swimming pool and jacuzzi is very relaxing and spacious. Don't want to leave.

The Hotel is fantastic, very friendly staff, good kitchen. The room was always clean. Additional bed was provided very quickly. In general it was beyond our expectations. I would recommend Ramada to my friends and colleagues.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful nature area, overlooking the lake, mountains and the woods. Very clean, beautifully decorated rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Staff very nice and always ready to answer any question or inquiry. Amazing breakfast buffet with anything for anyone, all tastes great. The sauna and hammam were clean and nice warm temperature. Good size swimming pool. Really good gym with many useful TechnoGym equipment, where it’s possible to have a good workout with lovely view to the beautifully maintained garden. All was just perfect! I travel often, but rarely I have seen standards like these’

Set in Türkistan, Rixos Turkistan offers 5-star accommodation with a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. A Turkish bath is available for guests. New and clean hotel. Breakfast was superb and I really enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. Staff were really friendly and the hotel is located next to the shopping centre. Also had good parking - would stay there again in my next visit!

The breakfast was excellent as appears to be the case with most American owned hotels outside of the US. They serve cooked food on real plates with real utensils instead of donuts and cereal served on styrofoam cups and plastic utensils that the same chains use in the US.

Aidana Plaza Hotel in Shymkent has 4-star accommodation with a bar. Hotel is like a hotel. Provides everything it’s supposed to provide for guests, beautiful lobby and great value. Forgot my laptop charger and they called me on time when I left and it really helped! High-end service for the price. Sound isolation is very good and nice breakfast🍱🧁🍰🍎🍌🥚
